About the Curator
Sonic Atlas represents over two decades of active music collecting, listening, and cataloging. What began as a Microsoft Access database in the early 2000s has grown into a full-stack web application enriched with data from MusicBrainz, Last.fm, Discogs, Wikipedia, and YouTube.
Every recording carries a personal rating. Every pressing is tracked. Every acquisition is dated. The collection spans vinyl LPs, CDs, and high-resolution digital rips captured through a dedicated tube-amplified signal chain at 24-bit/192kHz.
